AdEx Beratungs GmbH

Rethinking spaces. Reimagining collaboration.

Project overview

AdEx Beratungs GmbH is a consulting company founded in 2012 with more than 300 experts, supporting businesses through transformation processes.

As part of its strategic development, the company relocated its headquarters from Hamburg to Munich. The objective of the project was to create a modern flagship office in Munich that supports future growth while making the company’s identity and values tangible through space and design.

The focus was on a forward-looking workplace concept that combines flexibility, communication and focused work while meeting the demands of modern working environments in line with New Work principles.

Planning & Design Concept

The planning and implementation of the office design were carried out by WAGNER (Patrick Bley) and are based on an integrated interior concept that combines functionality, communication and brand identity.

The space was organised into clearly defined zones. A central open space forms the communicative heart of the office, supporting a flexible and collaborative way of working.

Complementing this concept, dedicated retreat areas such as phone booths and smaller offices were integrated to enable focused work and confidential conversations. Transparent glass partitions create an open sense of space while fostering visual connectivity throughout the office.

A defining feature of the office design is the custom-made d2 partition structure, conceived as a multifunctional design element that serves both spatial zoning and the integration of storage, wardrobes and retreat areas.

Stefan Rieder, Managing Partner & CEO of AdEx GmbH, on the collaboration with WAGNER Living:

Projektumfang

The workplace concept includes 14 flexible workstations across open-space and retreat areas, forming the foundation of the working environment. Two meeting rooms accommodating 6 and up to 22 people respectively support a variety of meeting formats.

The spatial concept is complemented by a reception area and a business lounge, creating dedicated zones for communication and exchange.

A custom-made partition solution integrates wardrobes, locker systems, phone booths and planting elements, combining functionality with a clear spatial structure.
