Design meets culinary excellence at the highest level

Project overview

With the Chefs Warehouse Restaurant in Hamburg, a premium gastronomic concept was realised, inspired by the internationally established “Chefs Warehouse” culinary format. At the Hamburg location, this approach was reinterpreted within a European context and combined with a contemporary and atmospheric interior design concept.

The collaboration with the responsible architect, Florian Kienast, is built on a long-standing and trusted partnership. Based on the positive experience gained through previous projects, he once again deliberately chose WAGNER LIVING as his furnishing and interior partner.

The shared objective was to create a modern and sophisticated restaurant concept that brings together culinary excellence and contemporary interior design at the highest level.

Architecture & Design Concept

The architectural planning was carried out by Florian Kienast of Formwände. The design is characterised by a reduced, functional and distinctive approach that deliberately focuses on clarity and materiality.

The objective was to create a space that supports the culinary concept while providing guests with an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere.

WAGNER LIVING was responsible for the delivery and installation of selected furnishings for this exclusive hospitality project.

The implementation was realised in close coordination with the architectural team and all project stakeholders to precisely translate the design vision into the interior space.

Florian Kienast

Corporate interior is a matter of passion – and a matter for FORMWÆNDE.

Founder and Managing Director Florian Kienast, a Hamburg native and trained carpenter with further qualifications in interior design and fit-out engineering, combines craftsmanship with a strong design vision.

His sensitivity to form, tactility and materials – particularly wood – led to a contemporary reinterpretation of a chair classic in line with the WAGNER philosophy: clear in its material selection, precise in its design and adapted to the demands of today.
