The new breathtaking “Innovationsbogen Gebäude” (literally, “Arc of Innovation Building”) in Augsburg is a pioneer in all things sustainable. It is the first building in the world with a facade made of 100% recycled aluminium and thus saves about 500 tons of CO2. Moreover, when furnishing the model offices, sustainability is heeded. The parametrical D2 furniture system mainly consists of aluminium and, therefore, can be fully recycled. Essentially without any loss, the material can be turned into new furniture or other products. Hence, furniture which is no longer needed can simply be processed into something new.

It is not only the new D2 system being exhibited in the model office but also all other possibilities and visions of New Work and flexible working. In an area of 400 square metres, those interested can gather quite different inspirations and see which model furnishings are possible. Whether they be single offices, workplaces for teams or open-plan working-and-communication zones, with professional furnishing by WAGNER Living all demands of contemporary working can be met. The furnishing is rounded off by a unique acoustic and lighting concept in cooperation with W+P workspace consulting GmbH.
