Iconic design meets pioneering production technology. The W3D stool by Hadi Teherani x Thorsten Franck for WAGNER LIVING is the winner of the GERMAN DESIGN AWARD 2024 for outstanding design quality in the category “Excellent Product Design – Furniture”, winner of the STYLEPARK SELECTED AWARD 2023 and winner of the IF DESIGN AWARD 2024.
“It fills me with great joy that we are the winner of the IF DESIGN AWARD 2024. This is already the third award for the W3D, which makes me extremely happy! The 3D-printed motion stool combines innovative technology, ergonomic design and maximum comfort. For me, the masterpiece of modern furniture design created by Hadi Teherani and his team represents a redefinition of the limits of what is possible,” says Peter Wagner.

Innovative 3D printing process

Hadi Teherani, in collaboration with the Wagner Living team, has redefined ergonomic sitting in a completely new context and the limits of design – with the help of the 3D printing process, in cooperation with designer Thorsten Franck, 3-dimensional movable active stools, initially adapted to two heights, are being created in series production in the seating furniture factory in Langenneufnach in Bavaria.

Design by Hadi Teherani

Hadi Tehrani – born in Tehran in 1954 and raised in Hamburg – is a versatile, internationally recognised German architect and designer. His work transcends nationalities and specialist disciplines in every respect. His projects aim to create an atmospheric aura, emotional impact and ecologically sound sustainability, which is already evident in the design.

The DIEZ collection

D2 & D1 – The invention of the casual office

Sustainable and innovative – with furniture concepts that can be customised

With our modular D2 system, we focus on sustainability. Rooms can change and be customised. Individual parts are combined to create new furniture, large pieces are combined to create small pieces of furniture. This creates sustainability in perfection – for an inspiring working environment. The highlight of the D2 system is the patented connector. The individual parts can be joined together without tools. Either made of 100% recyclable cardboard or elegant aluminium – both materials are naturally recyclable and protect the environment.
Easy to transport and flexible to use, it adapts to the needs of your space. Whether in the office, conference room or home office – the D2 furniture system creates movement and opens up space. Rooms can change and the system adapts.

This creates an inspiring working environment that is in harmony with people and the environment.

D2 – it’s time for a sustainable furniture system!

With the modular D2 system from designers @stefandiez & @gonzalezhaase_aas, we are breaking the boundaries of interior design and creating a new spatial concept – Moving Spaces. Our vision is to create spaces that not only reflect character, but also offer the openness to develop and drive forward new ideas. The ideal complement to the D2 modular system is our extensive range of three-dimensional movable seating furniture, which promotes a healthy body as well as a creative and agile mind.

D1 – A chair that moves

Our engineers have done a great job together with Stefan Diez. After two years of development, they have created a masterpiece that takes the three-dimensional movement of the upper part of the chair to the next dimension thanks to the flexibility of the opening angle of the seat and backrest, making sitting a completely new experience. The four-dimensional movement of the revolutionary Dondola® 4D mechanism is particularly smooth and absolutely silent. We can confidently promise you this: This chair will move you like no other!

Nesting Chair

Relaxed living with new lounge furniture

Nesting Chair and sofa as a personal retreat

In the midst of modern living areas and open-plan designs, the Nesting Chair with its folding wings, like its equivalent the Nesting Sofa, offers a small, protected area for concentrated work, short relaxation breaks or phone calls.
This room within a room creates a personal retreat and ideally complements the new concepts for flexible living spaces.

WAGNER @HOME

Sitting well at home with movement

Have you already seen the new @HOME collection?

Wagner Living has already completely renovated its showroom – the original family villa – and dedicated it to the theme of “experiencing movement in the home”.
All seating options in the home and living area are perfectly staged here. The collection also impressed visitors in Milan with this new, moving sense of space.
